The Work
A house of long horizons.
Our casks were laid down by people we never met, for people not yet born. That is the timescale we hire on. We look for craft, patience and a certain stubbornness about doing things properly.
Roles across the house open from time to time — in the cellar, on the grounds, in the market and in the office. We keep the list short and the standards high.
What to Expect
I
A Place, Not a Desk
Much of the work happens where the spirits do — on the grounds, among the barrels, close to the making. Some roles are remote or in-market.
II
Small House, Wide Remit
Titles here are loose. People move between the cellar, the table and the road, and are trusted with more than the job description implies.
III
Looked After
Terms are discussed candidly and settled individually, role by role. We would rather talk it through than publish a list.

We are not always hiring — but we are always looking.
